At Hogarth Chocolate Makers, we are passionate about crafting exquisite chocolate from the finest SLAVE FREE cacao beans sourced globally. Our small factory is dedicated to traditional techniques, ensuring each batch is made with care. We meticulously sort, roast, crush, and conche our cacao, preserving its natural flavors that are often lost in mass production. Our chocolate is created using minimal ingredients, focusing on delivering a true cacao experience. In collaboration with Ana Aceves of Sugarcube Studios, we designed a unique chocolate bar that tells the story of my journey from sailor to chocolate maker, reflecting the incredible voyage of cacao to our shores.
